There are only a couple of weeks left before Celine’s exceptional one-night only concert on the Plains of Abraham on July 27! Show promoter QuébéComm has released a guide on how to access the event site for all fans attending the show. The event site is divided into five sections, each with its own reception area, to allow for good crowd distribution and easier access to the site. All reception areas will open at noon.
