Celine collaborated with singer, songwriter and producer Linda Perry for the first time during the recording of her 2007 album ‘Taking Chances’. Linda wrote and produced two songs for Celine: “My Love” and “New Dawn”. A live version of “My Love”, recorded during Celine’s Taking Chances World Tour, was later included on Celine’s greatest hits album ‘My Love: Ultimate Essential Collection’ and was released as its lead single.
