On June 17, 2009, Celine Dion's husband René Angélil received the
National Order of Quebec honour (Ordre National du Quebec) at the Hôtel
du Parlement in Quebec, Canada.
"It´s a great honour" said Celine, who was also supported by his
daughter from his second marriage, Anne-Marie, and son-in-law Marc Dupré
and of course Rene Charles. "I´m touched, I´m very proud to be a
Quebecer".
