Celine Dion "Smile" (Oscar Academy Awards February 27, 2011)

The 83rd Academy Awards, which took place on February 27, 2011, marked Celine's 7th performance on the Oscar stage. She sang Charlie Chaplin's "Smile” during the In Memoriam tribute, which honours distinguished members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences who passed away during the previous year.

Smile
Smile, though your heart is aching.
Smile, even though it's breaking.
When there are clouds in the sky, you get by if you smile.
Through your fears and sorrow, smile.
And maybe tomorrow you'll see the sun come shining through for you.
Light up your face with gladness.
Hide every trace of sadness, although a tear may be ever so near.
That's the time you must keep trying.
Smile, whats the use of crying
You'll find that life is still worthwhile, if u just smile.
That's the time you must keep on trying.
Smile, what's the use of crying.
You'll find that life is still worthwhile, if you just smile.
Smile.
Just smile.
Smile.
Just smile.

Celine Dion "One Heart"(One Heart 2003)

"One Heart" is a song recorded by Canadian recording artist Celine Dion, for her eight English studio album One Heart (2003). "One Heart" was written and produced by John Shanks and Kara DioGuardi. The song is a dance-pop song, about the power of love. It was released on June 16, 2003 as the second single outside North America, while in Canada, it was released as the third single after "Have You Ever Been in Love." "One Heart" became a top 40 single in most European countries, including number 27 in the United Kingdom.

One Heart
One heart you are following...
You can run
And you can begin
In a place
Where you don't fit in
'Cause love will find a way
When you're down
You can start again
Turn around
Anything you're in
Love will find a place
If you got...
One heart you are following
One dream that keeps you wandering
Love lights your way through the night
One wish that keeps you trying
What's your silver lining
Love lights your way through the night
You can fall a thousand times
You can feel like you've lost your mind
But love will find a way
And a minute
Can change your life
And a moment can make it right
Love will find a place
Chorus
Everybody needs something to hold onto
(Repeat)
If you got...
One heart you are following
One dream that keeps you wandering
Love lights your way through the night
One wish that keeps you trying
What's your silver lining
Love lights your way through the night
Is it your own
Is it your own

Céline Dion's Bilingual Babes

Celine Dion talks with Oprah about miracle twins

Celine Dion talks with Oprah about miracle twins
42-year-old Celine Dion, gave birth to twin boys back in October. The Oprah interview is the first time the singer has had an open forum on the boys and the days in the hospital after their birth.
Dion tells Oprah that the babies were named "Baby A" and "Baby B" for about a week at the hospital she delivered, St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
The baby boys were born healthy, weighing a little better than five pounds, but they were kept in an incubator for a time. When Dion was 8 months pregnant, she checked into the hospital to prevent their premature birth.
The Oprah Show today will take viewers to Dion's home, a Florida mansion dubbed by TMZ as the "ultimate water park." The mansion on Jupiter Island has a huge pool, lazy river and a water slide. Jupiter Island is home to some of the wealthiest people in the world.
The Oprah interview with Celine Dion airs just weeks before Celine returns to Las Vegas. Her return to Vegas is set for March 15. People reports that Celine Dion's Las Vegas concerts at the Colosseum in Caesars were consecutively sold out for five years up to 2007.
Dion gave People an interview in December. Oprah's film crew goes into the singer's estate.
Dion and her husband Rene Angelil named their twin sons Eddy and Nelson. Eddy Marnay produced Dion's first five records. Eddy Marnay is said to be very influential in the lives and careers of Dion and her husband.
Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela. Celine Dion met Mandela when she began her world tour in South Africa. She and her husband were inspired by Mandela and told People in October that they want their boys to be inspired by their names.
Dion told French press corps that her mother wanted the boys to have French names, but Dion and Angelil's oldest son, Rene-Charles, wanted American names.
Check back for updates after the Oprah show.

Celine Dion : D'eux 1995

D'eux' features twelve songs written and produced by Jean-Jacques Goldman, the best-selling French recording artist since the inception of his solo career in the early '80s. The tracks from this French-language collection by Celine incorporate influences ranging from Continental pop and folk music to cool jazz and '70s soul. "The making of 'D'eux' was a very special occasion for me," says Celine.

"Singing in French represents a return to my roots, but the music is as eclectic and adventurous as any I have ever recorded."

The opening title track and first video, "Pour que tu m'aimes encore," evokes Marvin Gaye's classic "Sexual Healing" with its gently ticking electronic percussion and sensual groove. "Le ballet" is surprisingly bluesy groove, with percussive finger snaps, harmonica and electric guitar guiding Celine's intimate vocal performance. Minor chords and a progressive-rock feel underscore the emotive ballad "Je sais pas."

"I only hope that the public will enjoy listening to this album as much as I enjoyed making it."
