Country superstar Shania Twain would jump at the opportunity to record a duet with her fellow Canadian Celine Dion.
The You’re Still the One hitmaker is feeling reinvigorated as she prepares to release Now, her first album since 2002’s Up!, on Sept. 29, and when asked if she would be interested in a potential double-act with Dion, Twain makes it clear she is all in.
“Hell yes,” she exclaims to The Cut. “Oh, I’d love to do that.”
“I actually use her (Dion) as my warm-up music a lot of the time,” she shares. “She’s got such a high range. I Drove All Night (by Dion) is my favourite one to do my vocal warm-ups to, because it has the higher harmony, which is really hard.”
