Rest in peace Rene. This was my first time singing at a big concert and I learned so much from observing them. Celine was shaking hands with every security guard. The anti-diva! Rene insisted I come into Celine's dressing room and talk to them. He also has a daughter named Ann Marie. I even held their son. Then he ushered my mom (who was peeing her pants) into the best seats in the house just so she could watch me sing. They raised the bar high and treated everyone around them with respect. I feel so lucky to have met them both.
